Q) If I sign up for a dropshipper account through your site, and then I ask for something to be shipped to one of my customer, will you include one of your own flyers?

A) No. Any orders for dropshipping that you place with us are sent to your customers in plain packaging and do not include any information about us. Your customer will not be aware that the item has been shipped from Pinpoint Games. Moreover, we do not record your customers details on our database and therefore will not target them in any future advertising etc.

Q) How long does it take for items to be shipped out to my customers?

A) All items will are sent out within 48 hours, usually less. If we receive an order before 4pm, it will be sent out the same day. Your customer should receive their order within 1 - 2 working days of you ordering with us!

Q) Can I upgrade to a 20% account at a later date?

A) Yes. If you wish you can upgrade to a 20% discount dropshippers account at a later date. We will simply just ask you to pay the remaining balance plus a £5.00 administration fee and we will upgrade your account.

Q) Why do you charge a setup fee?

A) The setup fee covers our time in setting up and managing your account and orders and also providing continuous support via our helpdesk. It also deters those who may sign up for an account and then purchase just one item for themselves. Clearly the dropshipping facility was not designed or priced for that purpose. We are fully committed to provide a first class service to our dropshipping customers, and will assist and advise as much as possible to make your own business successful.
