EDGE is a multi-functional Micro SD adapter for NDS and NDS Lite (Slot 1) which allows you to play games, listen to MP3's, view images, read e-books and enjoy the vast collection of homebrew applications for NDS. You can also take advantage of the inbuilt cheat code functionality to enjoy more freedom with your favourite games.

The Edge DS is the same size as any standard Nintendo DS Lite game cartridge. It has a built in memory card reader which can read Micro SD (Transflash) cards. Unlike the R4 Revolution for Nintendo DS, the Edge supports Micro SDHC memory cards. Micro SDHC memory cards are high capacity memory cards. We’ve successfully tested the device using Kingston and Sandisk 1GB, 2GB and 4GB and 8GB Micro SD cards without any problems. At present, 8GB is the highest capacity memory card commercially available, although the Edge’s makers say it can support Micro SDHC cards up to 32GB.
